Volunteer Opportunities

We have many volunteer opportunities. If you have a desire to volunteer, PRC can use your help, either at the PRC headquarters or at any of our centers.

Center Volunteers:

PEER COUNSELOR -- Minister to women unprepared for pregnancy. *

CENTER RECEPTIONIST -- Answer the telephone and greet clients. *

HELPLINE -- Answer client calls in your home when PRC is not open. *

EXPECTANTLY YOURS ROOM -- Process donated baby clothes, maternity clothes, and baby furniture. Positions are available in-center and at home.

PARENTING CLASS INSTRUCTOR -- Co-lead the “Nurturing Your Newborn” parenting class.

CLEANING -- Assist in cleaning a center.

CARPENTRY/MAINTENANCE -- As needed, help with minor building and grounds maintenance.

Headquarters Volunteers:

Administrative Support -- Help with routine tasks as well as special projects.

Mailing Team -- Join the mailing team to sort, label, & staple mailings

EVENTS/FUNDRAISING -- Help with fundraising events such as Steps for Life, Life Invitational, Baby Bottle Campaign and the Hope For The Future gala.

SPEAKERS BUREAU -- Represent PRC at local churches and organizations. *

*Training required.
