Larry Gadbaugh –
CEO
Larry
Gadbaugh has served as CEO of Pregnancy Resource Centers of Greater Portland since March, 2001. For 15 years, he served as a pastor and worship leader at Grace Community Church in Gresham. He and Diane, his wife of 30 years, have four sons, a daughter, and daughter-in-law. Larry is a graduate of Multnomah Bible College, and had his M.A. from Western Seminary.
The less-known Larry has been a construction worker, bookstore manager, Hebrew instructor, author of Bible study guides, and even a body double for Jake Ellwood of the Blues Brothers at church campouts! Among influential authors, Larry lists JI Packer, John Piper, Larry Crabb, Gary Thomas, Chuck Colson, Francis Schaeffer, CS Lewis, Dallas Willard, and Randy Alcorn.

John Shepherd –
Finance Director
John joined the PRC team in June of 2006 after a successful career as a business owner and technology entrepreneur. John is a graduate of Multnomah Bible College and started his business career as the accounting manager of Multnomah's publishing division. Later, he went on to found Western Accounting Services and Avalon Technology Group, Inc.
John and his wife Jill have two grown sons and a daughter still at home. He is an avid and life-long motorcyclist and dog lover. He and Jill love to ride their motorcycles all over the Northwest, often taking John's motorcycle riding Scottish terrier along.

Jacquie Guthrie –
Director of Services
Jacquie
has been the Director of Services since January 2003.
As Director of Services she oversees the function of
the six centers, Reality Unlimited, HEART, and the medical
programs. She began her relationship with PRC as a volunteer
peer counselor in 1991. After that, she went on to become
a center assistant and then within a year she became
the director at the Gresham center. Jacquie served on
the steering committee that helped establish the Gresham
center. She has been teaching the volunteer training
to new peer counselors since 1993. Her long history
with PRC allows her to bring extensive wisdom and experience
to the position. She is passionate about the ministry
of PRC and the message that is given.

MIke Burkesmith – Director of Development
Mike Burkesmith joined the PRC family September 2005 to help build capacity including planning, leadership development, stewardship growth, corporate communications and client outreach. Mike brings years of business and development experience from corporate, government and non-profit settings. He has provided management and consulting services since 1999 including volunteering for PRC since 2002. His work in development includes several years with the Luis Palau Evangelstic Association, and consulting for Christian schools and other parachurch organizations.
Mike and his wife Amy have lived in Portland since 1993, returning to the northwest after several years living in Charlotte N.C.. They have two grown daughters, both adopted, and both born to biological mothers who were 16 years old when they gave birth.

Mindy Johnson –
HEART Director
Mindy has been involved with HEART since 2000, when she went through her first HEART group. Currently she is Director of HEART (Healing Encouragement for Abortion Related Trauma) for the Pregnancy Resource Centers of Greater Portland. Along with leading HEART groups, Mindy also trains leaders for HEART and speaks at churches, conferences, and schools.
Mindy is wife and Mother of two children.
