Larry Gadbaugh, CEO

Larry has served as PRC’s CEO since March 2001, after ministering for over 15 years as a pastor at Grace Community Church in Gresham, Oregon. He is a graduate of Multnomah Bible College and received his M.A. from Western Seminary. Larry and Diane were married in 1977 and have five children.

Larry enjoys music, hiking with his family, baseball, and volleyball. He’s also always been a book-a-phile. Authors who have impacted him include JI Packer, Francis Schaeffer, C.S. Lewis, Gary Thomas, John Piper, Chuck Colson, Randy Alcorn, and Dallas Willard.

Jacquie Guthrie, Director of Services

Nancy Vestigo, Nurse Manager

Nancy has served as PRC’s Nurse Manager since mid-2006. After twenty years at OHSU as an oncology nurse, she started doing ultrasounds as a volunteer in 2005, due to her longtime support and love of PRC’s ministry to women.

Nancy and her husband Jim have three grown children, one teen at home, and five grandchildren. Spending time with her family, fellowshipping with other Christians, reading, relaxing at the beach, and doing crossword puzzles are her favorite pastimes, as well as basking in God’s beautiful creation in the Northwest.

Mindy Johnson, HEART Director

Luke Cirillo, Director of The Reality Project & Director of Stewardship Development

Luke has served as the Director of Prevention for PRC since April of 2010. Previously, he served as a pastor of youth and adults for seven years. During his time at Multnomah University, he developed a passion for the city of Portland and for seeing redemptive ministry thrive here.

Luke, along with his wife Allison, love to cook and eat really good food (Allison does most of the really good part, but Luke tries). In true Northwest style, they also enjoy a warm tasty drink and an engaging book on a rainy day. They call the Great Northwest home and intend to live out as much of their lives here as God allows.
